The Clarendon Metro stop, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Barnes and Noble are within a few minutes’ walk of our buildings, which are located between Clarendon Boulevard and 11th Street and between North Garfield and North Fillmore Streets in Arlington.  Major retailers like The Container Store, Crate and Barrel, Apple, and Pottery Barn are equally close, and our local streets and boulevards are filled with cafes and restaurants.  Some, like Le Pain Quotidien and Cava, are within the Station Square complex.  At the same time, nearby quiet streets and urban parks provide a respite from city life.  Popular destinations like George Mason University, Arlington County offices, and AMC’s Courthouse Theater can easily be reached on foot.
